APPLICATION PROCESS
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
ROUND 1: CV AND MOTIVATION LETTER
After you've submitted your application, we expect to give you an answer within 2 weeks. We first take a collection of CV's and motivation letters and choose a group of applicants based on their fit for the role and the team.
ROUND 2: INTRODUCTION INTERVIEW
The first conversation will be with the management team to assess whether you and Innoseis ST are a fit for each other. After your first interview, we usually contact applicants within 1 week.
ROUND 3: TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
After you've gotten to know more about the company and our goals, selected applicants will be interviewed by the software or hardware team (depending on the vacancy) to assess their skills. We don't require applicants to make any preparations for this interview.
CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
From many down to one. After being selected my the software / hardware team leads, you'll enter contract negotiations with our CEO.
